Something You Should Know...
Dr. Wilson is an FAGD dentist! What does that mean for you and your family?
FAGD stands for Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning Fellowship takes dedication to dental continuing education (CE) beyond graduation. Only about 6 percent of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada are AGD Fellows. When you see a dentist with FAGD after their name, you can rest assured that they care about knowing the latest techniques and best practices in dentistry. AGD Fellows practice these techniques in a classroom setting multiple times a year — not every dentist does this.
To become an AGD Fellow, a dentist must:
Complete over 500 credit hours of CE
Earn 350 of those 500 credits in live courses
Pass an exam equal in difficulty to board certification exams
This commitment to excellence means you receive care from a dentist who has invested hundreds of hours beyond standard requirements to master advanced techniques and stay at the forefront of dental innovation.

Collin Trank, DDS
Committed to personalized patient care
Collin Trank DDS was born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. From a young age, he was strongly drawn to the natural sciences. This passion led him to Baylor University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 2015.
After college, Dr. Trank worked for a dental assistant during his 2020-21 pandemic. It was during this time that he witnessed first-hand the patient care and developed an appreciation for the personal connections built through dentistry. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas in 2023.
Dr. Trank, his wife, and their two dogs relocated to Roanoke to step away from the fast pace of city life, enjoy the area's natural beauty, and build meaningful relationships with his patients. When in the office, he enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time building meaningful relationships with those around him.
Dr. Trank is excited to meet you and looks forward to helping you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your smile.
